It is always best to employ a buyer’s agent to look out for your best interest.

It is not likely that you will find a home to purchase after only looking at one or two homes. At Elizabeth Carper Real Estate, we understand that you will need to take your time with this important decision. That is why we do not try to hurry you up. We understand that you may need to look at “tons” of homes. We will assist you in looking for homes by checking the MLS regularly. We will then schedule as many showings as you would like until you find that perfect home. We will then assist you during the home inspection, CL-100 inspection, assist you with working with a mortgage banker or mortgage broker, as well as helping you right until the day of closing.
